VIP guided tours

Terms and Conditions

• Only companies (“Company”) which have valid and effective Tour Operator Agreement signed with Global Village Dubai-LLC (“GV”) (“Tour Operator Agreement”) can book any of the following products (“VIP Tours”), as described and for the prices detailed below:
  • Emirati Discovery: A four and a half hour guided tour of the culture and traditions of Emirates and the region.
    • Rack rate per Person (2 person minimum): AED 550 (Net price: AED 440)
    • Rack rate per child (must be accompanied by 2 paying adults): AED 450 (Net price: AED 360)
  • Culinary Trails: A four hour walking tour of the culinary delights of Global Village.
    • Culinary Trails: A four hour walking tour of the culinary delights of Global Village.
    • Rack rate per child (must be accompanied by 2 paying adults): AED 550 (Net price: AED 440)
  • Global Village Fully Loaded: A five-hour guided buggy tour of the best that Global Village has to offer.
    • Cost per Person: AED 550 (Net price: AED 440)
• By booking any of the VIP Tours, the Company expressly accepts and agrees on any and all the terms and conditions under the Tour Operator Agreement, which shall apply to the booking and purchase of the GV Tours, unless otherwise expressly amended by these particular terms and conditions.
• All bookings of the VIP Tours are subject to availability and must be made by the Company by Email Tours@globalvillagedubai.ae or by phone on 055 4776692
• Payment of the VIP Tours and final booking confirmation shall be made through GV Travel Trade Ticketing Platform.
• Full payment of the VIP Tours must be made within 24hours of booking confirmation by GV or otherwise the booking will be released.
• In the event any booking is cancelled by the Company, the following cancellation fees shall apply:
  • If cancellation is made no less than 48 hours prior to the date of the tour indicated in the booking: 100% of the price corresponding to the cancelled booking will be credited by GV into the Company’s account in the Travel Trade Ticketing Platform, to be used by the Company for the booking of VIP Tours or any of the products as per the Tour Operator Agreement.
  • If cancellation is made 24 hours to less than 48 hours prior to the date of the tour indicated in the booking: 50% of the price corresponding to the cancelled booking will be credited by GV into the Company’s account in the Travel Trade Ticketing Platform, to be used by the Company for the booking of VIP Tours or any of the products as per the Tour Operator Agreement.
  • If cancellation is made less than 24h prior to the date of the tour indicated in the booking: GV will not credit any amount for the price corresponding to the cancelled booking.
• GV reserves all rights to modify the VIP Tours based on activities or events happening in the Prak on the date of the concerned VIP Tour.
• If, for any reason, any elements of any VIP Tour cannot be conducted, due to fraud, technical failures, or any other cause whatsoever, which affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the VIP Tour, GV will use reasonable endeavors to offer the guest alternative similar products.
• GV shall not be responsible for any delays and/or incidents derived from or due to Hotels transfers which are operated by a third parties.
• Stunt Show is not available on Mondays.
• Once the VIP Tour is finish, guests are allowed to visit the Park by themselves without a guide.
• Guest will have to show their respective valid ID along with the printed or digital voucher on arrival.
• The VIP Tours’ Guides speak English & Arabic only.
